We are currently milking 90 goats, but are expecting regular arrivals throughout the winter months to replace and dry some of our older less productive ladies
Our Milk
We currently produce milk for cheesemakers for both pasteurised and raw cheese, making some beautiful cheeses. We are also in the testing and research stages of bottled raw milk.
The End Products
The cheesemakers use our milk for their cheese to supply every level of the market, from farmers markets, to supermarkets and wholesale food distributors.
